How to use Vicks Sinex 0.05% nasal spray?

Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 sprays per nostril every 8-12 hours, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.

Method of administration: remove the protective cap. Hold the bottle upright with your thumb at the base and the dispenser between your index and middle fingers. Introduce its end into the nostril and press the nebulizer quickly and firmly, without tilting your head. After application, inhale deeply with your mouth closed. Do not use the product while lying down.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

When should Vicks Sinex 0.05% nasal spray not be used?

Do not use Vicks Sinex in the following cases:

• hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients;
• prostatic hypertrophy;
• serious heart disease and arterial hypertension;
• increased intraocular pressure, particularly in case of closed-angle glaucoma;
• hyperthyroidism;
• dry rhinitis;
• during and in the two weeks following therapy with antidepressant drugs (MAOI).
