Collection: Anti-flu and antipyretic drugs

Flu medications fight flu symptoms such as fever , headache, sore throat, body aches, cough and cold. In case of seasonal fever without marked inflammatory symptoms it is good to prefer analgesic-antipyretic drugs such as Tachipirina (Paracetamol). These have milder side effects than nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They are great for temperature control, especially in children .

In case of more marked inflammatory symptoms, it is possible to use over-the-counter drugs such as Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) or Brufen (Ibuprofen). These have an excellent pain-relieving action on the symptoms .
