Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal indicates that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all or part of the purchased products no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
If you purchase with a VAT number or purchase products that need to be refrigerated during transport you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refunded to the customer, as indicated in Terms and conditions subscribed to the purchase.
Right of WithdrawalWarranty and Defects of Conformity
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; The purchased product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the information leaflet, box, any associated gadgets, etc.). The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Farmacia TILI will notify the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the Courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured);
Farmacia TILI is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate its use, in the case of creams or liquid products, or any damage not resulting from transport. In these cases the right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Farmacia TILI ascertains:
- The lack of original packaging and/or accessories;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport or for exceeding the time limits established by law, for reasons not arising from dottili.it.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Farmacia TILI will return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging the shipping costs. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
Package not delivered or tampered with
In case of reporting of failed delivery or package tampered with, the Customer is required to complete the declaration form provided by Customer Service. This form requires a detailed description of the incident and a declaration under your own responsibility. The report will be taken into account only after the Customer has completed and signed the form.
Warranty and Defects of Conformity
In the event of lack of conformity of Products sold by Farmacia TILI, the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service using the appropriate chat on the dotttili.com website or the dedicated email contact help@dottortili.com.
All products sold by Farmacia TILI are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt (or invoice-receipt) that he will receive in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
