Dosage and method of use

How do I use Systane Hydration Without Preservatives 10ml?

Grasp the bottle directly under the cap and twist the cap to open. When using for the first time, hold the bottle at an angle of approximately 90 degrees and discard the first drop of product. Shake the bottle down to remove any remaining product. SYSTANE IDRA Lubricating Eye Drops can be used as needed throughout the day. Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) and open and close the eyelids. While wearing contact lenses, if slight irritation, discomfort or blurring occurs, instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) and open and close the eyelids 2 or 3 times. It can also be used before and after applying contact lenses. After use, before placing the cap on the bottle, shake the bottle down to remove any remaining product residue at the tip. Close the bottle.
