How do I use Magnesium Supremo 300 gr.?

Adults: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approximately 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon or one sachet once a day.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon or half a sachet once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one sachet in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
You can also use room temperature or cold water.
It will be necessary to wait for the transparency of the solution.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of increased tiredness.
To facilitate absorption, we recommend taking it between main meals.
