The Limosilactobacillus reuteri DSM 32203 it is the most abundant with 3.3x10¹³ CFU per kg and it is what gives the product its name; the Saccharomyces cerevisiae MUCL 39885 it is a yeast; the Bacillus velezensis DSM 15544 it is a spore-forming bacillus, that is, it resists gastric passage in the form of a spore; theEnterococcus faecium closes the group.
