How to use Puroman Maxi pure D-Mannose 250gr. Dr. Tili?

During the acute phase of cystitis, take 1 scoop of 1g. every 3 hours until the symptoms of cystitis decrease. Alternatively, dissolve 6g in 2 liters of water to drink throughout the day.

During the maintenance phase, take 1 scoop in the morning and in the evening (before going to sleep).

In case of post-coital cystitis, take 1 scoop immediately after intercourse and 1 scoop 3 or 4 times a day in the following 48 hours.
