HOW TO USE

During the acute phase of cystitis, take 2 capsules of Puroman® D-Mannose pure capsules every 3 hours until the symptoms of cystitis decrease. Alternatively, you can open the vegetable capsules containing D-mannose to take the powder sublingually.

In the maintenance phase, take 1 capsule of Puroman® pure D-Mannose capsules in the morning and evening (before going to sleep).

In case of post-coital cystitis, take 2 capsules of Puroman® pure D-Mannose capsules immediately after intercourse and 1 capsule 3 or 4 times a day in the following 48 hours.

It is recommended to take D-mannose capsules away from meals and to keep it in the bladder for at least an hour. After an hour from taking it, drink plenty of water. This allows the bladder to be washed and the bacteria in the bladder that are attached to D-mannose to be eliminated.
