Dosage and method of use

How do I use Polident long-lasting adhesive cream?

Application
Clean and dry the prosthesis.
Apply a small amount of Polident Long-lasting and Durable in small strips not too close to the edge of the denture.
Rinse your mouth before inserting your denture.
Insert the denture into position, hold it down and bite down for a few seconds to complete the fixation.
Do not apply more than once a day.
Removal
Rinse mouth with water.
Slowly remove the prosthesis using a rocking motion.
Remove any adhesive cream residue from your denture and mouth with warm water and a soft-bristled toothbrush.
