Polase Plus Carnitine it's a food supplement in effervescent granules based on magnesium e potassium in the form of organic salts, enriched with L-carnitine, taurine e L-aspartic acid. The packaging is from 36 sachets of 6.8 g, for a net weight of 244 g.

The magnesium is present as citrate and brings 225 mg per sachet, equal to 60% of the reference nutritional value. It contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue, al normal energy metabolism and to theelectrolyte balance.

The potassium it is in the form of gluconate and brings 300 mg per sachet, the 15% of the VNR. It contributes to normal muscle function et al maintenance of normal blood pressure. The choice of salts is not random: citrate and gluconate are organic salts, and this is how the product declares them on the label.

The formula is completed by three components which are neither vitamins nor minerals, and for which there is therefore no reference value: L-aspartic acid 330 mg, L-carnitine 75 mg e taurine 50 mg per sachet. At the dose of two sachets all values double, and magnesium reaches 450 mg, the 120% of the VNR.

The taste comes from a concentrated juice of 1.3% orange and mandarin. The product is without sugars, with E 950 as the declared sweetener, and is therefore also suitable for those following low-calorie diets; it is also gluten free. The brand is Polase, of Haleon.
