Extract approx 45cm of tape and roll it around the middle finger of each hand. Gently insert the tape between your teeth.

Form one C around each tooth and slide the tape from top to bottom just below the gum line to remove plaque and food debris. Repeat for each interdental space, using a clean length of tape each time.
