How to use
Take 1 sachet a day for at least 1 month and repeat the intake cycle 3-4 times a year.
Take away from meals, preferably in the morning as soon as you wake up, by dissolving the contents of one sachet under the tongue before swallowing.
To facilitate absorption, it is recommended not to take food or drink for 5 minutes after taking the powder.
