Gel Fresco Gambe is a gel based on high-titration phytotherapeutic extracts of horse chestnut, aloe vera and menthol. It gives an immediate sensation of intense cold, indicated to soothe and treat swelling in the legs, the feeling of heaviness in the lower limbs and lymphatic stagnation and venous stasis . Thanks to its toning action, it is also indicated at the end of physical activity to prevent and soothe muscle fatigue during the recovery phase. Gel Fresco Gambe has a fresh and mentholated fragrance, dries quickly, is not greasy and leaves no residue.

Horse chestnut seeds are used in phytotherapy for their decongestant, anti-edema and phlebotonic action. They contain a mixture of triterpenic saponins ( escin ), coumarins (esculetin), flavonoids and proanthocyanidins responsible for their properties. Escin, in particular, is the most important active ingredient and together with flavonoids gives horse chestnut seeds natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and vasoprotective properties. Escin is particularly useful in case of problems related to blood and lymphatic circulation because it is able to reduce the activity of elastase and hyaluronidase. These two enzymes attack the endothelium of blood vessels and the extracellular matrix, weakening their structure . By reducing the activity of these enzymes, the vessels regain normal resistance and permeability . It thus provides relief from the symptoms of venous insufficiency such as a feeling of heaviness, swelling and itching in the legs.

Improving microcirculation activity through normalization of capillaries promotes lymphatic drainage and combats cellulite and capillary fragility.
