For adults and children over 12 years of age: take one sachet a day, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water or other liquid at room temperature. Take the product at the most convenient time of the day (e.g. just before or immediately after a meal), but respecting an interval of at least three hours after taking the antibiotic.
