Epikalo is a supplement that can reduce postprandial blood sugar spikes by helping to control appetite .

Epikalo 60 Tablets contains:

• Opunxia : The prickly pear Opuntia ficus indica is a tropical and subtropical plant grown in arid climates and is a veritable concentrate of cladodes . The benefits of cladodes are due to their composition of water and fibers such as mucilage , with a small amount of fat. The mucilages are made up of polysaccharide chains with high water retention capacity, which are responsible for the typical viscosity of the internal part of the cladodes and their beneficial effects : protection and support of the health of the gastrointestinal mucosa; natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects , thanks to the reduction of the production of key molecules usually released in the process of chronic inflammation; regulation of postprandial blood glucose level , which contributes to the control of hyperglycemia , appetite and the prevention of diabetic diseases.
  
  
• Garcinia Cambogia : Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) derived from garcinia cambogia (HCA) is a valid natural ally for weight loss . It is a competitive inhibitor of ATP citrate lyase, a key enzyme that facilitates the synthesis of fatty acids, cholesterol and triglycerides. Hydroxycitric acid induces a release of serotonin with an appetite suppressant action , proving to be an excellent natural adjuvant to control hunger and induce a sense of satiety .
  
  
• Griffonia Simplicifolia : Scientific studies have shown that 5-hydroxytryptophan, present in Griffonia extract, increases the feeling of satiety associated with a reduction in BMI, with an effect similar to that of the hydroxycitric acid of Garcinia Cambogia
  
  
• Citrus Aurantium : Citrus aurantium L. (bitter orange) extracts which contain p-synephrine are widely used for weight loss and appetite control . In particular, the ability to increase thermogenesis and daily caloric expenditure is attributed to Citrus aurantium extracts.
  
  
• Zinc : Necessary for the functioning of several hormones, including those of the thyroid gland, insulin, sex hormones and growth hormone. Its presence is important both for stabilizing membranes and other cellular components, and for the structure and integrity of organs. Zinc also increases the levels of leptin , the hormone synthesized by fat cells, which promotes the elimination of accumulated fat , also suppressing the sense of hunger.
  
  
• Chromium : plays an important role in the metabolism of sugars (or carbohydrates). METHOD OF USE

Take 2 Epikalo tablets, one 30 minutes before lunch and one 30 minutes before dinner, preferably with plenty of water.

Garcinia Cambogia dry extract 60% ac. Hydroxycitric, OPUNXI® (Opuntia Ficus Indaca), Griffonia Simplicifonia 93% 5-HTTP seeds, Citrus aurantium ex. 10% in Synephrine, Zinc gluconate, Bioperina® (Piper Nigrum), Chromium Picolinate.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
