How do I use Curasept ADS DNA soothing mouthwash?

Rinse for about 1 minute using a spoonful of undiluted product (10 ml). Repeat the application twice a day, morning and evening after main meals. Use the product after normal oral hygiene and to make the ADS system more effective it is recommended not to smoke and possibly reduce the intake of pigmenting foods (coffee, tea), at least one hour after treatment. Continue with the applications for about fifteen days and contact your dentist if it is necessary to prolong the treatment.
