For best results, it is recommended to use the first urine in the morning. If the sample cannot be tested immediately, store it in the refrigerator at 2-4°C and bring it back to room temperature (15-25°C) before testing. Use a clean container free of disinfectants or detergent residues.

Open the tube and extract only the necessary test strip, closing immediately with the original cap. Do not touch the reaction areas. Immerse the strip in the urine sample for approximately 2 seconds, ensuring that all reaction areas are wet, then remove excess urine by placing the edge of the strip on the edge of the container or by dabbing on absorbent paper.
