Dosage and method of use

How do I use Artelac Splash multidose 10ml?

Can be used as often as needed, even several times a day. Can be used with contact lenses. Before each use, remove the translucent white protective cap from the tip of the bottle by twisting. When using for the first time or if the bottle has not been used for a while: turn the bottle upside down, press repeatedly until one drop is released. Hold the bottle as shown: place your thumb on the ergonomic support and grip the lower part with the other fingers. Place two fingers on the bottom of the bottle. Alternatively, place your thumb on the ergonomic support and place your index and middle fingers on the bottom of the bottle. Hold the bottle with the tip pointing downwards. Tilt your head back slightly. Gently pull down your lower eyelid with a finger of your free hand, holding the bottle upright on your eye. Gently press the dispensing mechanism to apply one drop to the eye. Then close your eye and blink to allow optimal distribution of the drop on the ocular surface. Immediately after use, shake the bottle to remove any residual drops, and replace the translucent white protective cap on the tip of the bottle.
