Miglio Zucca Melanzana Hair Supplement is a supplement based on phytotherapeutic extracts with high titration of millet, pumpkin, horsetail and PDO rotunda aubergine.

Millet , or panicum miliaceum, is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Gramineae family. The benefits on the hair are attributed to some substances present in millet in large quantities: magnesium, cystine, methionine, vitamins and iron. In particular, the sulfur amino acids promote the health of the hair by stimulating the formation of keratin, the substance of which hair and nails are made. This especially contributes to making the nails thicker , less brittle and prone to chipping . Millet also contains silicic acid , which contributes to hair elasticity , strength and shine .

Pumpkin seeds contain valuable nutrients such as vitamins, phytosterols, magnesium, iron and omega-3. These substances help reduce the negative effects of DHT, including alopecia . The 5alpha-reductase enzyme converts testosterone into DHT. DHT binds to particular receptors of the follicle and hinders its growth , favors the production of sebum and causes hair to weaken and fall out. The natural substances present in pumpkin seeds help to inhibit the action of the 5alpha-reductase enzyme, resulting in a lower production of DHT and limiting its negative effects.
