Each package contains 10 single-dose vials of 5 ml, easily usable via aerosol therapy devices (pneumatic or ultrasound nebulizers). Yabro is free of preservatives and propellant gases, and is well tolerated even by patients with high bronchial sensitivity.

INDICATIONS

Why is Yabro 0.18% 10 vials 5ml aerosol solution used? What is it for?

Yabro 0.18% is indicated for inhalation use in the following cases:

• Symptomatic treatment in patients with COPD, to reduce bronchial irritation and promote the fluidization of mucus.
• Relief of symptoms in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, contributing to the improvement of respiratory comfort.
• Support for hydration of the airways in the presence of persistent dry cough, chronic bronchitis, emphysema or other obstructive diseases.

Thanks to its composition based on sodium hyaluronate allo 0,18%, Yabro has an emollient and protective action on the bronchial mucosa, reducing the frequency and intensity of coughing and promoting a natural mucolytic action.

HOW TO USE

How do I use Yabro 0.18% 10 vials 5ml aerosol solution?

The product must be used exclusively by inhalation via aerosol devices. We recommend:

• One 5 ml vial once or twice a day, depending on your doctor's instructions.
• Do not dilute or mix with other drugs in the same nebulization chamber, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
• Use a compressor or ultrasonic nebulizer.
• Inhale the entire contents of the vial in a single session, lasting an average of 10-15 minutes.

IMPORTANT: the vial is single-dose and must only be opened immediately before use. Any unused residue must be eliminated.

Do not use Yabro if:

• Known hypersensitivity to sodium hyaluronate or to any of the excipients.
• Infants and children under 2 years of age, unless specifically prescribed by a doctor.
• Concomitant use with drugs not compatible with nebulization, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.

Yabro is generally well tolerated. In rare cases the following may occur:

• Mild irritation of the upper respiratory tract after administration.
• Rarely, feeling of chest tightness or reflex cough during inhalation.
• Local allergic reactions in sensitive subjects.

CONSERVATION

How is Yabro 0.18% 10 vials 5ml aerosol solution stored?

Yabro is valid for 36 months from the date of production. Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 25°C.

Do not use beyond the expiry date shown on the package. Once the vial is opened, the contents should be used immediately and not stored for later use.
