Verolax “6.75 g Adults Rectal Solution” 6 Single-dose Containers 9 G: Each 9G single-dose container contains: Active ingredient: glycerin 6.75 g Verolax “2.25 g Children Rectal Solution” 6 Single-dose Containers 3 G: Each 3G single-dose container contains: Active ingredient: glycerin 2.25 g Verolax “2.25 g Adult Suppositories” 18 Suppositories:Each adult suppository contains: Active ingredient: glycerin 2.25 g Verolax “1,375 g Children Suppositories” 18 Suppositories: Each children's suppository contains: Active ingredient: glycerin 1.375 g Verolax “0.675 g Infant Suppositories” 12 Suppositories: Each infant suppository contains: Active ingredient: glycerin 0.675 g

 

EXCIPIENTS

Rectal solution for adults and children: Mallow fluid extract; Chamomile fluid extract; Wheat starch; Purified water. Suppositories Adults, Children, Infants: Sodium stearate, Sodium carbonate.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS

Individual hypersensitivity confirmed towards the product. Anorectal diseases, hemorrhagic rectocolitis and inflammation of hemorrhoids. 

 

DOSAGE

Rectal solution: 1 or 2 single-dose containers in 24 hours. In case of stubborn constipation, no more than 2 doses can be introduced into the rectum at the same time. Suppositories: 1 suppository as needed. Do not exceed the recommended doses.

 

CONSERVATION

No special precautions for storage.

 

WARNINGS

The continuous use of laxatives can cause addiction or damage of various types. Do not use laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting are present. If constipation is stubborn, consult your doctor.

 

INTERACTIONS

No interactions with other drugs have been found. 

 

SIDE EFFECTS
