How do I use Thermacare neck/shoulder/wrist 2 pcs heat wraps?

Open the package when ready to use. ThermaCare can take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper from one of the adhesive tabs. Place on the painful area with the darkest part of the cells facing the skin and press the adhesive tab firmly into the skin. Remove the protective paper from the other adhesive tab and press firmly into the skin. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be thrown away hot or cold with normal household waste.

• Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.

Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where you have worn the product or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
