How to use Thermacare Menstrual?

1. Application: Remove the patch from the packaging and place it directly on the skin of the abdominal area or lower back. The patch begins to heat up within minutes.

2. Duration: Use the patch for a maximum of 8 consecutive hours. If necessary, it can also be used more than once a day, but always with at least 24 hours of break between one application and another.
