Stop ZZZ mosquito repellent spray is formulated only with essential oils of Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus), Geranium, Lavender. This natural blend of insect-repellent oils creates an environment unpleasant to mosquitoes and protects against bites for a long time. It is also suitable for the most sensitive skin of adults and children . Without preservatives, gas and with a fresh, natural, marked fragrance, but not pungent or annoying to the smell .

Citronella (Cymbopogon) is a genus of perennial grasses native to the warm-temperate and tropical regions of Eurasia. The effectiveness of citronella essential oil against insects and mosquitoes is due to the presence of citronellal or rhodinal . This aldehyde gives citronella oil its characteristic odor and is responsible for the repellent action exerted on mosquitoes and insects.

Among the many species of citronella, Cymbopogon nardus is the one from which the oil with the highest concentration of citronellal is extracted.

Geranium essential oil is excellent in combination with citronella. It dampens the smell of the latter and improves the effectiveness spectrum of the mosquito repellent and insect spray . In fact, geranium oil has a rather poor repellent action against tiger mosquitoes, but it is very effective against common mosquitoes and other insects such as sandflies, flies and hornets .

To ensure the greatest possible effectiveness of Stop zzz and to prevent strong odors such as citronella from becoming unpleasant, lavender essential oil has been added.
