HOW TO USE

During the acute phase of cystitis, take 1 measuring spoon of 1gr. every 3 hours until the symptoms of cystitis decrease. Alternatively, dissolve 6g in 2 liters of water to drink during the day.

In the maintenance phase, take 1 scoop in the morning and in the evening (before going to sleep).

In case of post-coital cystitis, take 1 measuring cup immediately after intercourse and 1 measuring cup 3 or 4 times a day in the following 48 hours.

It is recommended to take D-mannose away from meals and to keep it in the bladder for at least an hour. After an hour from taking it, drink plenty of water. This allows the bladder to be washed and the bacteria in the bladder that are attached to D-mannose to be eliminated.
