The association between PEA-m (particle sizes between 2.0 and 10.0 microns) and PEA-um (particle sizes between 0.8 and 6.0 microns) of Normast MPS 20 Tablets acts in the body by biological modulator synchronic capable of promoting, both at the level of the sensory endings and the endoneurial compartment, and at the level of the spinal synaptic junction between the 1st neuron and the 2nd order neuron, the overall control of physiological sensitization of the nervous tissue. Thus Normast MPS 20 Tablets contributes to reduce the inflammatory and neuropathic component which characterize Mixed Pain Syndrome, often associated with osteo-articular pathologies (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Patellofemoral Pain).
