Rinse for about a minute with a spoonful of product undiluted, equal to 10 ml. Repeat the application twice a day, morning and evening, after main meals and after normal oral hygiene.

To make the ADS system more effective, it is recommended not to smoke and to reduce the intake of pigmenting foods, such as coffee and tea, for at least one hour after the treatment.

Continue with the applications for 7-14 days and contact your dentist if it is necessary to prolong the treatment.
