Arnica Compositum Heel is a homeopathic medicine in tablets indicated in all inflammatory pathologies, nei pain from inflammation, neuralgia and in inflammatory pathologies of muscular, tendon and skeletal origin, in lesions and in wounds. Also useful in the presence of pelvic inflammatory pathologies such as Vulvodynia and pelvic neuropathy. 

Arnica Compositum Heel tablets is indicated in the sporting field as not included in the list of medicines banned by Wada (World Anti-Doping Agency). Arnica Compositum Heel tablets can be taken in case of bruises, hematomas, distortions, muscle strains, non-traumatic inflammation of mesenchymal-derived tissues (muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, muscle bands).

Arnica Compositum Heel contains Arnica, Calendula, Hamamelis, Millefolium and Belladonna and extracts of 9 other plants. These substances have the following properties:

• Arnica montana: stimulates wound healing; it is useful in case of fractures, dislocations, contusions, hematomas, weakness of the cardiac muscle, neuralgia, myalgia, analgesic and hemostatic.
• Marigold: it is used in homeopathy for wounds that are difficult to heal; promotes granulations; has analgesic effect.
• Hamamelis: active on venous stasis, varicose veins, crural ulcer, hemorrhoids, venous hemorrhages; prevents inflammation; has analgesic effect.
• Millefolium: used in case of hemorrhages, especially oozing, precapillary, arteriovenous hemorrhages.
• Belladonna: active on localized reaction phases; states of cerebral irritation with spasms and delirium.
• Aconite: action on the neurogenic phase of inflammation and the phases of generalized inflammation; analgesic and hemostatic through increased capillary tone.
• Mercurius solubilis Hannemani: modulates suppurations, action on abscesses and edema.
• Hepar sulfuris carbonicum: antiseptic action, in case of: tendency to suppurations, tonsillar and lymphatic abscesses, pain like pinpricks.
• Chamomile: natural pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Stimulates the healing of difficult wounds.
• Symphytum: accelerates the formation of bone callus and mesenchymal-derived tissues (tendons, ligaments), bruises.
• Bellis perennis: used in case of dislocations, bruises and edema.
• Echinacea Angustifolia: antiseptic action. It helps to modulate the vascular phase of inflammation, being useful in the presence of localized inflammation.
• Echinacea purpurea: stimulates fibroblasts, activates macrophages, dendrocytes and monocytes.
• St. John's wort: healing action on nervous tissues and skin.
