HOW TO USE

During the acute phase of cystitis take 2 capsules of Puroman® D-Mannose pure capsules every 3 hours until the symptoms of cystitis subside. Alternatively, it is possible to open the vegetable capsules containing D-mannose to take the powder sublingually.

In the maintenance phase, take 1 capsule of Puroman® D-Mannose pure capsules in the morning and in the evening (before going to sleep).

In case of post coital cystitis, take 2 capsules of Puroman® D-Mannose pure capsules immediately after intercourse and 1 capsule 3 or 4 times a day for the following 48 hours.

It is recommended to take D-mannose capsules away from meals and to keep it in the bladder for at least an hour. After an hour of intake, drink abundantly. This allows bladder lavage and the elimination of bacteria in the bladder adhering to the D-mannose.
