How do I use Benda Viscopaste PB7 600x7,5cm?

After being removed from the protective packaging and the paper in which it is wrapped, the product is ready for use. The bandage can be applied in two ways:

- Starting at the metatarsal heads, the bandage should gently wrap around the foot, heel, and leg, reaching just below the knee using a spiral technique. Once applied, the bandage should adhere snugly to the leg.

- Starting at the metatarsal heads, the bandage should gently wrap around the foot and heel and then, while wrapping around the ankle, apply a bend in the front of the leg. This should be repeated up the leg until it reaches just below the knee.

You can proceed with a compression bandage.
