Spread the necessary amount of cream on the area and cover with sterile gauze, possibly soaked in the same cream in order to maintain the softness and plasticity of the application. In subsequent dressings, unless there are specific contraindications, the area may be washed beforehand with simple sterile water, as the cream is completely water-dispersible and leaves no residue. FITOSTIMOLINE 15% Impregnated gauze : The treatment involves one to two applications per day, taking care that the dressing always remains moist, soft and plastic. • Application method : Take the gauze with sterile forceps and apply it directly to the previously cleaned and disinfected area. Cover with sterile gauze and then with absorbent cotton (in the case of very secretory wounds). In subsequent dressings, unless there are specific contraindications, you can proceed with a preliminary washing of the area with sterile water only, as the cream is completely water-dispersible and leaves no residue.CONSERVATION
