Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the body which favors its normal physiological functions and which proactively and synergistically supports the defense functions of the immune system.
Vitamin C has a recognized antioxidant activity that helps to counteract and eliminate free radicals harmful to our body: smoke, smog, incorrect diet greatly reduce its absorption and therefore it is useful to add adequate amounts of vitamin C in the diet.
In childbearing age and in all periods that can lead to a lack of iron (pregnancy, breastfeeding), vitamin C promotes greater absorption of this mineral, considered important in blood processes.
Vitamin C is an essential cofactor for the biosynthesis of collagen, an important protein for the natural formation of bones, connective tissue (cartilage), skin, blood vessels and teeth.

Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sucrose; acidity regulators: sodium hydrogen carbonate, tartaric acid, sodium carbonate; acidifier: citric acid; natural orange flavour; sweetener: sodium cyclamate; colour: sunset yellow E110 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).

How to use
The recommended dose is one tablet a day to dissolve in a glass of water.
