Cerave Acne Purifying Foam Gel is a dermatologically formulated foaming cleanser for the daily cleansing of acne-prone skin . Combining 2% salicylic acid , niacinamide and essential ceramides , this gel deeply purifies pores, reduces the appearance of blemishes and helps maintain the skin's protective barrier.

Its gentle exfoliating action promotes cell renewal without compromising the skin's balance, making it suitable even for those with sensitive or easily reactive skin. Unlike other aggressive anti-acne products, Cerave Acne Purifying Foam Gel is non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, hypoallergenic and tested on skin with blemishes .

Formulated with MVE® technology, it gradually releases active ingredients throughout the day, ensuring constant hydration and effective, long-lasting cleansing. Ideal for oily, combination and impure skin, it helps keep skin smooth, fresh and even-toned without drying or irritating.

How to use

How to use Cerave Acne Purifying Foam Gel?

Apply daily, morning and evening. Wet your face with warm water and distribute a small amount of gel in the palm of your hand. Massage gently into your face with circular movements, avoiding the eye contour. Rinse thoroughly.

Start with one application per day, gradually increasing to twice if well tolerated. In case of dryness or flaking, reduce the frequency. It can also be used in the shower to cleanse the body in areas prone to acne (back, shoulders, chest).

For a complete treatment, we recommend combining the product with Cerave Blemish Control Gel or other specific formulations from the Cerave anti-blemish line.

Warnings

What are the warnings of Cerave Acne Purifying Foam Gel?

For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on broken or severely irritated skin.

During the first few days of use, you may experience a slight tingling or dryness sensation, which is normal and subsides with regular use. If persistent irritation or adverse reactions develop, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or heat sources. Always close the bottle after use.
