Supplement made in Italy gluten-free supplement lactose-free supplement vegan supplement Supplement with Halal Certification

Puronerv Dol is an antioxidant food supplement based on vitamins B1, B3 and B12, CalMYR-P Mirra® (highly titrated myrrh extract), alpha lipoic acid, PEA, GABA, epigallocatechins from tea, ginger oil and selenium. The presence of CalMYR-P Mirra and other antioxidant phytotherapeutic extracts exert their properties of protection and repair of the central and peripheral nervous tissue . They thus contribute to reducing chronic inflammation and neuropathic pain, proving useful for counteracting chronic painful neuroinflammatory processes associated with pelvic area pathologies such as itching and genital pain from vulvodynia, pelvic neuropathy , herpetic neuropathy, endometriosis , interstitial cystitis, chronic cystitis, abacterial cystitis, chronic prostatitis, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pelvic pain, trigeminal neuralgia and other neuralgias .
Puronerv Dol is a food supplement with Halal certification , synonymous for all consumers with excellence and safety. This certification confirms compliance with rigorous standards of purity of raw materials and ethical production. It makes Puronerv Dol the perfect natural supplement for both practicing Muslims and for those looking for a natural, safe and sustainable product. The ideal solution for those aiming for highest quality, without compromising on food safety and commitment to sustainable production processes .

CalMYR-P Mirra® is the highly titrated myrrh extract with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties . The exclusive extraction technique allows to obtain an extract with a high percentage of furanodienes . Studies conducted on myrrh furanodienes have highlighted their remarkable natural analgesic properties due to their interaction with the opioid receptors of the central nervous system. Furanodienes have also demonstrated natural antimicrobial properties against pathogens such as Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans .

Vitamins B12 (cobalamin), B3 (niacin) and B1 (thiamine) are essential vitamins for the normal functioning of the nervous system, especially B12 due to its important role in the production of myelin . A deficiency of B vitamins can compromise the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is an endogenous cannabinoid-like fatty acid present in all living organisms. It has anti-inflammatory, antiepileptic, neuroprotective and natural neuromodulatory properties on peripheral pain transmission. These benefits are due to PEA's ability to inactivate the inflammatory cascade by acting on the nuclear receptor PPAR-α, a receptor linked to the control of pain and inflammation .
PEA is well tolerated by treated patients and does not present interactions with usual analgesics.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), or thioctic acid, is present in every cell of our body, acts as an antioxidant and maintains healthy nerves and blood vessels to improve nerve transmission. Since oxidative stress worsens the degenerative state of peripheral nerves and pain, alpha lipoic acid, thanks to its high antioxidant qualities, proves to be extremely effective in counteracting painful symptoms as it reduces oxidative stress and helps increase blood flow to nerve endings .

GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid) is an amino acid that acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter as opposed to excitatory neurotransmitters. In fact, GABA acts as an inhibitor of the excitability of nerve cells by reducing the transmission of signals to both nerve endings and muscle fibers. GABA therefore helps regulate neuronal excitability and muscle tone, respectively promoting a reduction in local hypersensitivity and muscle relaxation .

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is an important polyphenol found in tea . Polyphenols are substances with strong natural antioxidant properties that can protect cells from damage caused by free radicals . Thanks to its antioxidant action, epigallocatechin has neuroprotective effects, playing an important role in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases . EGCG also has natural anti-inflammatory properties as it inhibits interleukin 6 and 8 and pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Selenium plays a vital role in protecting cells from oxidative damage . Selenium deficiency can reduce skeletal muscle function, interfere with red blood cell production, and alter the pigmentation and strength of skin, hair, and nails. It can also predispose to the development of diseases in the presence of additional stresses such as viral infections.

With ginger oil It is attributed with natural analgesic properties and the ability to reduce the synthesis of pro-inflammatory molecules, inhibiting the enzymes responsible for their release in the body. In phytotherapy, ginger essential oil is used for its natural anti-inflammatory properties against rheumatism and joint pain, through application and massage on the affected areas.
