The product does not contain sucrose, so it can be taken by those who must avoid the administration of this sugar. Aspartame: this medicine contains 3 mg of aspartame per tablet. Aspartame is a source of phenylalanine. It can be harmful if you suffer from phenylketonuria, a rare genetic disease that causes the accumulation of phenylalanine because the body cannot dispose of it properly. There are no non-clinical or clinical studies available on the use of aspartame in children under 12 weeks of age. Sodium: This medicine contains 3.2 mg of sodium as the active ingredient per tablet and 25.5 mg of sodium per daily dose equivalent to 1.3% of the maximum daily intake recommended by the WHO which corresponds to 2 g of sodium for an adult.
