Description
ThermaCare is a band of soft and comfortable material with special patented cells that contain natural ingredients (iron, coal, salt and water) which develop heat when in contact with the oxygen in the air.
Therefore ThermaCare:
- does not contain drugs;
- it is easy to use;
- it is comfortable to wear, thin, discreet, odorless.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to muscle fatigue and tension, sprains, strains and arthritis.
Suitable for chronic and occasional pain.
Acts directly on the point of pain.
Chemically tested to relax tense muscles.
Adaptable to different parts of the body thanks to the exclusive shape.

Prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles, as:
- brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle to return to a state of well-being;
- stimulates the nerve endings, sensitive to temperature, interrupting the transmission of pain and thus promoting muscle relaxation.

How to use
Open pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare can take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the backing paper to reveal the adhesive side. Place on painful area and press adhesive side firmly to skin. Be careful when applying not to overlap the cells.
For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with normal household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in the following cases:
- if the contents of the cells leak out and/or the band is damaged;
- with medicated creams or ointments, plasters or other heat sources;
- on scratched or excoriated skin;
- on bruises and swellings that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
- on body areas insensitive to heat;
- by people who are unable to follow all the instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product by themselves, including children and non self-sufficient elderly people.
- do not use on the face, head, breasts, inside of the arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inside of the knee, feet or toes.
Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and pregnancy.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
- Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
- If you feel an excessive heat sensation, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over a garment, not in direct contact with the skin.
- Over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over an item of clothing and do not use the bandage when sleeping.
- To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance) examinations.
- Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.
- Do not exert excessive pressure on the product being worn, for example by leaning against hard surfaces, or wear it under tight clothing or belts.
Stop use and consult a doctor if:
- you notice discomfort, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where you have worn the product;
- the pain increased or remained unchanged after 7 days.
The heat generating cells contain iron (about 2 grams). If the iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse thoroughly with water and consult your doctor immediately. Also in case of accidental ingestion, consult your doctor.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g. microwave oven) or try to warm it, as the band could catch fire.
